Hi, I’m Stina — an integrative therapist and author. I help you bridge the gap between the knowing and the doing.

Based in London, UK - online and in-person sessions.

MBACP accredited

Am I the right
therapist for you?

If you're facing challenges like anxiety, stress, relationship issues, low self-esteem, trauma, addiction, domestic abuse, OCD, ADHD, grief, divorce or life transitions, I’m here to help you not only explore these problems but also take actionable steps that will help support you along your journey toward healing and positive change.

What is
my approach?

As an integrative therapist, I blend various therapeutic approaches to create a session that is personalised to your unique needs and goals. This may include elements from Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), Psychodynamic therapy, Attachment Theory and Somatic practices.

What are my
sessions like?

In our sessions you can expect a  safe and supportive environment where you’ll feel heard and understood. We'll begin by exploring what’s on your mind and will work at your pace to address any challenges you’re currently facing, while focusing on practical strategies to help you move forward.

Stina regularly features as a mental health expert across national television, podcasts, and major publications.
